I’ve been wearing black eyeliner since I was 13 years-old. I’m addicted to it and can’t get enough of it. At the recommendation of an employee of Sephora I purchased Urban Decay’s Glide-On Eye Pencil in the shade “Zero” for $15. After I finished it, I went out and bought another one. The color is an intense black which is what I love and it goes on extremely easily. Because my skin is naturally oily, I always have a problems with raccoon eyes after lining my eyes, and while this does happen to me with Urban Decay’s pencil, it has lasted the longest on me before it actually starts to run.
